> CLINICAL RESULTS

24 hours after application of Atoderm Crème Ultra in subjects with dry skin on the inner forearms, the study showed a statistically significant increase in the skin hydration: (1)

• +30%*** after 24 hours (1)

A clinical trial evaluates the effect in the Transepidermal Water Loss (TEWL) after 28 days of use Atoderm Crème Ultra twice a day on patient with dry skin on the inner forearms. The result showed that in comparison to a non-treated zone, Atoderm Crème Ultra presented a protective effect characterized by a statistically significant decrease of TEWL of 23%* (2)

EVALUATION OF ITCHING SENSATION ON A SCALE RANGING FROM 0 TO 9
After respectively 2 and 3 weeks of application, the average score of the itching sensations indicated a significant decrease in itching sensation by -48%** and -93%** (3,4)

TOLERANCE
No skin reaction or sensation of discomfort are ascribabed to Atoderm Crème Ultra. Therefore, the product presented a very good dermatological and paediatric compatibility and acceptability during the study. (5,6)
Moreover, eye tolerance was excellent for all subjects. (6)

PAEDIATRIC POPULATION
During the application, more than 90% of parents of babies thought that the product was easy to use, the texture and the appearance are pleasant, and the texture is ultra-nourishing and penetrates quickly. (5)
After product penetration, more than 80% of them found that the product did not leave a sticky film on baby’s skin. (5)
After 21 days of application, the efficacy was evaluated and more than 90% of parents of babies though that the skin was more resistant and durably nourished. (5)

ADULT POPULATION
After application on the face and body, more than 80% of the subjects found that the product had a pleasant touch and does not leave any residual greasy film. (6)
After application on the body, 85% of the volunteers though that the product allows to dress immediately. (6)
